Modernizing an Oak Bay condo built in the 1970s, this renovation made extensive use of custom millwork, oak and V-jointed cabinetry. Incorporating an original limestone chimney wall into the design, the reno focused on opening and brightening the space with floor-to-ceiling windows to capitalize on the magnificent vistas.
